Working with Eqwitty.works is structured, scoped, and context-dependent.
It is not a predefined service offering, but a way of engaging with organizational environments through a specific lens: how access to clarity, expectations, context, and informal knowledge is distributed across different roles within a structure of work.
This lens becomes relevant when organizations experience recurring patterns that cannot be fully explained through intent, capability, or standard structural analysis.
How engagement begins
Engagement begins with an online intake form in which the organizational context, the core challenge, and relevant stakeholders are briefly outlined.
This intake is used to assess relevance and fit with the Eqwitty framework.
When relevant, the next step is a paid exploratory intake session.
In this session, the organizational situation is examined in more depth, with specific focus on how differences in access to clarity, expectations, context, and informal knowledge may be shaping what is being experienced.
Defining the scope
Based on the intake and exploratory session, a defined scope of work is agreed upon.
This includes the focus of the engagement, the level of analysis or intervention (strategic, diagnostic, or developmental), the timeline, and expected outcomes.
All engagements are formally agreed upon before continuation and are executed within a clearly defined scope and time frame.
What this is not
This is not open-ended advisory work, and it is not a general consulting service.
Each engagement is structured, time-bound, and clearly defined before work begins.
If this aligns
If this approach aligns with the challenges currently present in your organization, the first step is to complete the intake form.
Each submission is reviewed to determine whether the situation aligns with the type of work within the Eqwitty framework.
If relevant, you will receive a personal response outlining the next step in the process.
If it is not a fit for this type of work, you will still receive a short acknowledgement.
