This ensures that your influence doesn’t stop when your project ends. The changes you have implemented continue to positively influence the culture and lead to lasting growth and equity.
Your role in this is two-fold: you are both a strategic guide and a hands-on coach. You are there to support, encourage, and course-correct where needed.
